Refund Policy

 

Cancellation and Refund Policy: You may cancel your purchase of Pro9Live, without any penalty or obligation, within three (3) business days from the date of purchase. If you cancel, any payments made by you under the contract or sale will be returned within ten (10) business days following receipt by the seller of your cancellation notice or request (provided your payment has cleared the business account). If you cancel, you must make available to the seller at your residence, in substantially as good condition as when received, any goods delivered to you under the contract of sale, or you may if you wish, comply with the instructions of the seller regarding the return shipment of the goods at the buyer's expense and risk. if you fail to make the goods available to the seller, or if you agree to return the goods to the seller and fail to do so, then you remain liable for performance of all obligations under the contract. Pro9Live.com does not offer “grace periods” in the subscription service.

On days where staff of Pro9Live.com are not be able to post their educational trades, the subscriber will be given an equivalent time, which will be added to the end of the subscription. This excludes Bank Holidays in the UK, as well as major holidays in the UK and US, which will not be refunded. Furthermore, the management of Pro9Live.com reserve the right to close the room early on days where the market action is deemed unproductive for trading.

Uptime/Downtime Internet Outages

Pro9Live.com will make every effort to maintain connectivity to the websites. Occasional outages, crashes, storms, and Acts of God may affect uptime. ISP’s, web hosting companies, computers, power supplies, and other connection issues affecting uptime do and will occur from time to time. If any of these or other situations arise that prevent Pro9Live.com management from uploading the live trading room or providing services on my end, I will add on to the end of your subscription extra days corresponding to the number of days that the outage disrupted the service.

Pro9Live.com will be open at least 18 trading days a month, based on a 20-day trading month. If there are less trading days in the month, the Pro9Live.com room will be open accordingly. If there are 19 trading days in the month, the room will be open 17 days at least, and the room host will be trading at least 15 days. If there are more than 20 trading days in the month, Pro9Live.com will be open at least 18 days, and the room host will be trading at least 16 days. In case of market disruptions where global markets are shut due to unforeseen circumstances, the management of Pro9Live.com will endeavor to work out a solution agreeable to all parties.

Cancellation of subscriptions

All subscriptions renew automatically via Authorize.net, until the subscription is cancelled. Please note that Pro9Live.com does not store your card details. Everything is done via Authorize.net. When you subscribe to Pro9Live.com for 1 months, you will automatically be charged, once renewal is due. If you wish to cancel your subscription renewal, you need to log into Pro9Live.com prior to your next payment date and cancel your subscription. Once payment has been made in Authorize.net we can not refund the funds paid.

Attempting a Second Trial subscription

WARNING: An attempt to obtain a second trial will result in your credit card being charged the full amount
of $197, immediately, with NO refund available.

Cancellation of subscriptions

All subscriptions renew automatically EXCEPT if it explicitly a “one-off” fee.
